What's the official 'dictionary' name of a bar rag?

I was watching MTV road rules a few years ago and on a scavenger hunt the list stated a strange word that nobody knew - after looking it up the definition was a bar rag - what is that word/name?

What's the official 'dictionary' name of a bar rag?
Don't know if it's the official dictionary name or not, but one old name is "huckaback" = "toweling of linen or cotton, of a distinctive absorbent weave."
